This recently renovated 1,200 sqft, one-level house with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths is located in a quiet part of coastal South Oceanside. It is just blocks from a local beach and many restaurants/shops. Conveniently located just 5 minutes from highway 5, it is the perfect location whether you want to enjoy the beach area, or visit major attractions including the Zoo, SeaWorld, LEGOLAND, or even Disneyland.

Should you need more space, please ask about additional rentals located very close.

As you enter the house, you will see an open floor design, with the main sitting area, kitchen, and dining area all together. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, blender, and let's not forget about the wine-opener! The family room has a comfortable sitting area with a 60 inch TV, all standard cable and local channels are provided (through Roku), and DVR capability. Free Wi-Fi is also provided.

You can take advantage of the great year-round weather the area is known for on your private patio which includes a gas grill, outside furniture and two lounge chairs. Should it get to hot, central A/C is also provided.

Two bedrooms have queen beds, while a third smaller bedroom has a full sized bed. Two full sized bathrooms, both with newly tiled stall showers, are available from all rooms (soap and shampoo provided). Sorry, no bathtubs. In case you need to do any wash, the house has a large washer and dryer (detergent is provided).

One private parking spot in a garage is provided on the back-side of the property. This garage is located 50 feet from the house, so you may find it easier to park on the street directly in front of the house.

Since mostly locals live on the block, typically you will find convenient spots even during the busy summer season.

No vacation is complete without taking a short walk to the popular Buccaneer Beach to see the sunset or perhaps to take advantage of the park which has a great playground for children.

If you just want to relax on the beach, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, a beach cart, and kids sand toys are provided. Two beach bikes are provided. Upon request, additional bikes including a child's bike, may be available (we do not provide helmets and it is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to ride without a helmet so please bring one if needed).

If you will be visiting on a Thursday, you should plan on visiting the Oceanside Farmers Market in the morning or the popular Sunset Market every Thursday evening.

For those with babies, I can provide a pack 'n play and booster seat if requested.

Trains run very close to the coast in this region, thus if you want to stay near the beach, there will be some level of train noise. The train is part of the package of being so close to the water and the beach.

HOUSE RULES:
-NO SMOKING anywhere on property.
-Please get prior approval in writing from me if you are under 25 years old.
-No events or parties.
-This is a quiet neighborhood; please be respectful of others after 10pm.
-Must clean all dishes and throw out all trash when you leave.
-If there are any issues, please let me know ASAP and I will try to fix.
-Only one well behaved dog is allowed without prior approval.
