This 1,000 sq-ft 2-bedroom, 1 bath unit is located west of Coast Hwy, and an easy 8 minute walk to the beach, or to the many different restaurants and shops in the area .

Located in the quiet neighborhood of South Oceanside, you will be just over 1 mile away from both the Village of Carlsbad and the busy Oceanside pier area. Both bedrooms have access to a private backyard with a sitting area, gas weber barbecue and dining table.

You will find many upgrades such as central A/C, 10 foot ceilings, custom solid wood doors, and a beautifully tiled bathroom. With 2 bedrooms and1 bath, it has an open floor plan and is just less than 1000 square feet.

Situated on the first floor of a duplex, you will have direct access to the unit from the garage. There are no stairs, and unloading is as easy as it gets. One parking spot in the garage is reserved for your use. In the garage you will also find 2 beach bikes (additional bikes available upon request), 4 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and even beach toys for the kids. I can even get a smaller bike for a child and a pack-n-play/booster seat, if you let me know in advance.

There is a 55” TV in the main room, and also one in each bedroom. You will have access to all the local TV stations, standard cable stations, and Netflix. In addition, the service includes DVR recording capability. High speed wireless WIFI is also provided.

Located under 1 mile from two main highways (Hwy 5 and Hwy 78), it is easy to visit family and friends anywhere in the area.
